Telegram is another famous cross-platform web-based instant messaging application. Just like any other communication app, Telegram also enables its users to make voice and video calls and provides VoIP services. The head-quarter of Telegram is situated in Dubai. This service was initially designed for iOS in 2013, but later on, the developers of this facility made an Android version of this tool. Telegram allows its users to send images, text, audio, and other files up-to-the size of 2 GB at once.

• If we talk about the Telegram emojis, this application uses the Apple emoji set rather than displaying platform-native emojis.
• Telegram permits custom stickers to be posted and allocated to specific emojis. Stickers can be applied to a relevant emoji to perform as an emoji tooltip.
• For Google, Twitter, and Samsung sets, an alternative program from the same company called Telegram X has presented that offer to choose an emoji set.
• It also provides standard Google blob emoji designs. However, the Apple emoji set is the default and standard Emoji set for Telegram.
